At CrossFit 661, our experienced CrossFit Certified Trainers are available for Private Training as well. We highly recommend these sessions for clients and athletes who need more individualized attention. Private training sessions can be booked in 30 minute or 60 minute blocks.
60 Minute Private Training Sessions
These sessions are recommended for clients who would like to make one-on-one training primary means of working out. If you would like the extra attention and privacy that a one-on-one private training experience affords, then this option may be right for you. Our rates are $55/hour or $540 for 12 sessions for singles, $35/hr or $360 for 12 sessions for doubles, and $30/hr or $300 for 12 sessions for triples.
Note: These sessions are not recommended for members who already attend CrossFit group classes. For those members, we recommend 30 minute sessions.
30 Minute Private Training Sessions
These sessions are recommended for members and athletes who need extra help on a certain skill, or would like to learn a new skill. We cover the basics of most of the foundational CrossFit Movements in our regular CrossFit classes, but sometimes it helps to have a little extra attention. Here is a list of some possibilities you might want to work on: Butterfly Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, Rope Climbs, Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Overhead Squats, Powerlifts, Proper Running Techniques. This is just a partial list to give you an idea of some of the things you may want to work on. Our rates are $30/session or $250 for 10 sessions.
